All tour bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation.
Your booking will be confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment.
Any communication made verbally or in writing will be treated as part of this agreement.
An advance payment is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid on the same day of your arrival.
Tour prices may change without prior notice due to government taxes, fuel rates, or service availability.
Cancellation charges will apply based on when you cancel:
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
No refunds will be given for unused tours, sightseeing, meals, or early checkout.
All guests must carry a valid government photo ID such as Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License.
For restricted areas in Andaman, obtaining permits is the guest's responsibility unless it is mentioned as included in your package.
The tour itinerary may be changed due to weather, ferry delays, natural events, government rules, or operational reasons.
Vibes Andaman reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the itinerary for safety and guest comfort.
Hotels will be provided based on availability and standard check-in/check-out times will apply.
Room types are subject to hotel policies.
Transport will be provided as per the itinerary. It will not be on 24/7 disposal unless clearly mentioned.
Guests are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings during the trip.
Vibes Andaman will not be liable for any injury, loss, accident, or illness that occurs during the tour.
Vibes Andaman will not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, ferry cancellations, political issues, or government restrictions.
Vibes Andaman works only as a tour operator. We are responsible only for tours organized directly by us.
We are not liable for services provided by third parties such as hotels, cab operators, or activity providers.
Any legal dispute will be subject to jurisdiction in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands only.
We may use photos or videos taken during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes, unless a guest submits a written request to opt out.
